Holycow! Steakhouse And Steak Hotel by Holycow! What Differences?

My title was voluntarily misleading. I don't believe there are true differences between both brands as they operate with the same concept. Both are chains of affordable steak restaurants which are lively, colorful and with a viral marketing all about Twitter and Facebook. I visited around 6pm and it was rather empty. Even worse, no music was playing so I was not sure if it was opened or not. I had a hamburger. The presentation was ok, but the meat was cold and not 100% beef. It really did not taste good. The only thing that saved the place was the staff who was very friendly.
