The Valley restaurant is part of a huge touristic resort located on the upper hills of Dago. I didn't count but there must be over 100 tables, and most clients are "pariwisata", tourists on a day-trip to Bandung. I can also imagine that they have their share of weddings, corporate gatherings, business lunches or friends' reunions, etc..
After taking a look at their international menu, which features Rp600,000 steaks ($65), you understand that there is a big chance that the restaurant is a tourist trap. This was confirmed when we tasted our dishes, which were only average and clearly overpriced. I had the lasagna for Rp65k++, very small and not fresh. My friend had the Sop Buntut for Rp68k++ and it was not better than the one you could get for half the price in a warung. The fresh orange juice was not made from fresh oranges, even though it was one of the priciest juices I had in Bandung (Rp38k).

My conclusion: NOT RECOMMENDED. There are dozens of restaurants in Dago with a nice view over the city, you shouldn't pay so much just to enjoy it and to eat poor food.
Opening hours: 11am to 11pm every day.
